Right to Return

If you would like to return an order, contact us within 14 days after receiving it. We will explain the next steps and the return address.

14-day right of withdrawal

For eligible online purchases, consumers can notify us within 14 days after delivery that they wish to withdraw. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Keep proof of posting. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop, but a deduction for reduced value may apply if they are handled beyond that.

Product condition and exceptions

Return eligible chocolate unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. The statutory right of withdrawal can have exceptions for goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly and for sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after being unsealed. We assess any exception under the law that applies to your order. These exceptions do not remove your rights if a product is faulty or not as ordered.

Return shipping and refund

You normally pay the direct cost of sending an eligible return to us. If we supplied the wrong or defective item, contact us so we can arrange a remedy. For a valid withdrawal, we reimburse the item price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the original order. An extra amount paid for express delivery is not refundable under the statutory withdrawal rule. We refund within 14 days after being informed of withdrawal, but may wait until the goods arrive or you provide evidence of sending them back.

Problems with your order

If the product arrived damaged, melted or incorrect, email info@tabseurope.com promptly with your order number and photos. We will review a replacement, refund or other appropriate remedy under your consumer rights.
