Information we collect
- Orders: name, contact details, billing and delivery address, products ordered, order status and correspondence.
- Accounts: account details and order history if you create an account.
- Support: the information you send when asking a question or making a return request.
- Website use: technical information such as IP address, browser details and essential store cookies. If you consent to Statistics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects usage data such as pages visited and browser or device information to help us understand how the website is used.
Payment details are handled by the payment method available at checkout. Please do not send card numbers by email.
Why we use it
We use order data to perform a purchase contract; certain records to meet tax and accounting duties; support messages to answer requests and protect legitimate business interests; and optional marketing only where we have a valid basis, such as consent. You can withdraw optional analytics consent at any time using the “Manage consent” control on the site, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Who receives data
Relevant providers may receive data needed to operate the store, such as our hosting provider, WooCommerce service infrastructure, the payment provider selected at checkout and FedEx for delivery. When you consent to Statistics cookies, Google also receives website usage data through Google Analytics 4. We do not sell customer lists. A provider may process data outside the EEA only with an applicable lawful transfer mechanism.
How long we keep it
We retain information only for as long as needed to fulfil orders, provide support and meet legal obligations, including required accounting records. Retention depends on the type of record. Ask us if you need details about a particular record.
Your rights
